Spartan Stores has responded to the nationwide recall through its retail banners by removing recalled products from sale, and advised its independent customers of the recall.
Spartan Stores is in contact with its private label supplier and at this time none of our private label products are impacted by the recall. These are Spartan brand, Valu Time, Full Circle, and in house Aroma Street Bakery.
Spartan Stores will remain in contact with its suppliers and monitor the situation in cooperation with the FDA.
Food safety and the well being of our customers is our highest priority and we want to reassure our consumers that we are monitoring the situation at all time.
If there is any change, we will communicate any updates to our consumers and our independent customers.
